SOME UNUSUAL SELLING POINTS — Family building firm Wimpennys are giving their development a lift, literally. They have installed an elevator to all floors of the newly built, modern detached house in Shepley, near Huddersfield. It's a highly unusual added extra in a family home and usually only seen in multi-storey apartment blocks, but Sue Wimpenny says: "We're a small, bespoke developer and we wanted to do something different, designed for modern living and the upmost convenience."
