History

• The family's roots in civil engineering and construction date back to 1884 when Joseph Wimpenny diversified from farming to service the building needs of Huddersfield's industrial revolution with the burgeoning textile and engineering industries.
• The tradition is now continued by the fourth generation family member James Wimpenny and his wife, Sue Wimpenny.
• James and Sue Wimpenny who have a wealth of experience in all aspects of construction including house building, industrial, ecological design and construction, commercial construction, house design, house and flat conversions/renovations & interior design and also specialised structural repair to concrete structures.
